RDR2 Hunting Requests: Lists & Perfect Carcasses

Start the Wildlife Art Exhibition
From Chapter 2, take a hunting-request poster at a post office, such as Valentine. Strawberry, Rhodes, Saint Denis and Van Horn are other starting locations. This is one sequence of requests, not a different quest in each town. The fifth request is gated to the epilogue.
Ms. Hobbs needs perfect, intact carcasses. A pelt cannot substitute for a body. Confirm the animal and quality in your inventory before marking it below. Use Small Game Arrows for the tiny animals and the Varmint Rifle for the larger request animals, as listed beside each row.

A delivery check before leaving the hunt
Work on the current list as a small batch. Start with the harder-to-find targets, then check each body you carry before heading for the post office. Larger carcasses carried on a horse can deteriorate; prioritize collecting and delivering those near the end of a batch. Do not skin a body you intend to mail.
Use the animal checkboxes to record collection and the final checkbox to record delivery. This distinction lets you leave the page mid-request without confusing “I found it” with “I sent it”. The page does not inspect your inventory: uncheck a collection row if its carcass is lost or damaged.
After mailing a complete list, allow about 24 in-game hours and collect the reply and reward. Check the newly received request before using the next group on this page. Completing the last delivery leads to further correspondence; the squirrel-statue sequence for It's Art is outside this request planner.
If the post office will not accept it
- Compare the actual list: a robin and an oriole are separate requirements; a similar-looking bird is not a substitute.
- Check condition: look for Perfect and a whole carcass, not only a pelt or feather.
- Check completeness: a request is mailed as a finished batch. A single collected animal is not enough.
- Check the stage: if you finished four requests during the main story, the epilogue gate may explain the wait.
For a missing poster, first look for a request already in your satchel. PowerPyx also reports a possible conflict with The Ties That Bind Us; treat that as a troubleshooting lead, not a confirmed diagnosis for every save.
Quick answers
Do hunting requests need perfect pelts?
No. The requests require perfect, unskinned animal carcasses. Keep each body intact.
Can all five hunting requests be finished in Chapter 2?
No. The first four are available during the main story, but the fifth requires the epilogue.
Does this tracker automatically mark the 100% objective?
No. Collection, mailing and the parent completion objective are separate notes. Verify the game menu before marking the parent objective.
