The most useful thing to know: you do not need to collect everything. Only 10 of 19 horse types, 10 of 30 fish species and 20 of 43 plants count toward 100% — but all 90 challenges do.
Why another RDR2 guide?
Most guides are articles you scroll through and lose your place in. This one is a tool: every location is a row you tick off, every page shows what is left, and it works the same on a phone while you play.
What makes it different
- Progress that persists. Check an item once; it stays checked next visit.
- Filter and sort. Narrow collectibles by area, sort all 60 horse coats by any stat.
- Base and bonded horse stats. Most sites publish one or the other; we show both.
Choose what you want to finish
Working toward 100%? Use the 35-objective checklist to avoid collecting more than the game requires. Collecting everything? Use the seven location lists instead. These goals overlap, but they are not the same checklist.
Location information is provided as text, not an interactive map. Before a long session, learn how to create a playthrough and export a backup. Your checkboxes are saved in this browser and are not read from your game.
