What are you crafting?

Legend of the East includes prerequisites. Its recipe needs three pelts, but Pearson also requires all six earlier satchels. Selecting it therefore includes the full 21-material crafting path.

How the tally works: check one material below for each perfect material collected or donated toward these seven recipes. Recorded materials carry across target selections. This is a cumulative checklist, not your current inventory: spent, sold or lost materials are not deducted automatically. Only mark a recipe as crafted after checking Pearson's menu.

Recipes and unlock requirements

Use Pearson's camp crafting menu and purchase the Leather Working Tools through the camp ledger. These are ordinary perfect animal materials; legendary pelts do not replace them.

For the complete set: 7 deer, 2 elk and 1 of each other listed animal. These quantities are calculated from the seven recipes, not estimated from a hunt route. Use the perfect-pelt weapon guide before you set out.

Before a long hunt

Check the recipe lock in Pearson's menu first. Study your target, confirm its three-star quality and use the weapon recommendation in its in-game information. For hunting requests, keep the requested carcasses intact instead of following a pelt recipe.
